I've spent my career in the places where business meets technology — inside teams responsible for business systems, data, governance, analytics, automation, and increasingly, emerging AI. The through-line has always been the same question: how could this work better?

This site is a working record of that question. It documents how I'm building deeper expertise in AI and business architecture — not by pretending to already know everything, but by explaining what I learn as I learn it, from first principles.

I'm a systems thinker and a builder. I'm a leader who cares about the people doing the work. I'm an active learner, and I believe the best way to understand something complicated is to connect it to something you already understand.

That's why the work is organized around five pillars—technology, business, systems, data, and people—and why I return to My Signature Methodology whenever I'm solving a problem.
